Admissions Application for Priority Families

“Priority Families” applies to families who 1) are re-enrolling a child currently attending WWDS, 2) are applying a sibling of a currently or previously enrolled student, or 3) are active members of WUMC.

Priority family applications will be accepted until Thursday, February 29th at 5:00pm. 

After February 29th, you can email our Registrar, Erin Lanier at for admissions information for the 2024-2025 school year.

Please Read ALL Steps Before Application

1.) Check Fee Schedule below for class to apply for based on your child’s date of birth.

You will enter this information on your child’s application.

2.) Click link below and sign in to your Brightwheel account.

If you do not have a BW account, you will be prompted to create one.

3.) Complete Priority Families Application.

Current Students – select the student you want to apply and complete the application

Siblings, Sibling Legacies, newly applying church members – complete the application

4.) Enter payment information.

Once you’ve completed the application, you will be taken to your child’s profile page.  From the menu button at the top left, select “Payments” and enter your payment amount and information.

5.) Submit $500 for the Registration and Supply fee.

You will do this in the “Accounts” tab in “Payments”. We cannot process any applications without the Registration and Supply fee.

*When you submit the fee, your child’s account will have a $500 credit.  Once we review your application, we will charge your account for the fee.  Then you will receive an email letting you know that your account balance is $0.00.

NOTE:  Parents are responsible for any ACH fees or credit card processing fees for the method of payment selected. 

Placement Notification

You will be notified via Brightwheel by the end of March if we have a spot for your child, or if they are on the waitlist.  (Currently enrolled students are guaranteed placement for next year.)

*If we have a spot for your child, even if you do not accept it, the Registration and Supply fee is non-refundable.  If we do not have an opening for your child, $400 of the Registration and Supply fee will be refunded to you, and your child will be placed on our waitlist.

If you have more than one child you would like to apply, please return to this page and click the link again and complete steps 1-5 again.  If you would like to add a child, click the link and “add a student/child”, then complete steps 1-5 again.

Fee Schedule

2024-2025 (August – May) Tuition and Fees

Registration/Supply Fee: $500 For All Students

This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If we cannot offer a place to your child in our program, then you will receive a $400 refund.

May 2025 tuition is due the first week of May 2024 to ensure placement for your child. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.
